Honing Rod, 9″

Description

Keep your edge with a HexClad honing steel. It’s perfectly normal for premium steel blades–even those made from Japanese Damascus steel–to feel less smooth over time. Occasional honing helps realign the edge of your blade for optimal cutting performance. A frequent, quick swipe down the steel will restore the edge of your knife or shears, keeping it sharper longer.

• Hardened carbon steel rod.
• Machined, vertical striations realign the edge of the blade.
• Flared bolster provides a safe and secure grip.
• Unique, rare forest green Pakkawood handle.
